This is the fourth time this week I've had to redownload. I'm honestly appalled with the way this is being handled by SE. Why hasn't there been a lodestone post? Why aren't we getting regular updates about what's being done to fix the issue? Why is Reddit our only channel of communication with with SE? What's the point in having an official forum when you blatantly ignore hundreds of users (paying customers!) with a game-breaking issue? I get that problems take time to resolve, but this customer service is atrocious. Your lack of communication makes this way more frustrating for all of us. If you can't fix the redownloading issue, you can at least fix the way you interact with your customers.
