Adding my PS4 to the growing list of users effected because of power outage.

QUESTION: I've read mixed experience on here: Can I turn off my ps4 and turn it back on? Or should I only use rest mode? Also, does playing another game activate the 22g soulcrush as well?

You can turn on and off as you please. The issue seems to occur when the PS4 executes the Data Safety Check when the PS4 is turned off acidentally, but you can turn on and off normally.
