What everyone is trying to say is that we love your game. I'm in love with what I've played of Stormblood so far. It's amazing! Thanks for everything that you've done for us thus far. It's because we love this game that we want to support it and to be able to play as much as possible. However there are those players like me that have limited play time, plus I have really bad internet. It's the best I can get in my area. It's just where I live. I've had my power to go out and I had to download it all. It took around 15 hours. It did the same thing to my wife. We were shocked because this has never happened before. When I do get to play we have so much fun, but we're scared that we may have to redownload everything again. The whole time I play I have anxiety and I constantly check to see if there's a response from you guys in hopes it's being worked on. Today I logged in as usual and I clicked start. It booted me back to the launcher. Then I logged in again and it gave me a red error message in every language. My heart sank, I thought I was going to have to redownload again, but I got lucky I guess. What I'm trying to say is, we love your game. We want a fix and that's why we're here telling you guys. I keep seeing things being fixed and right now Ruby Sea is being worked on again. Thank you for all your hard work. This issue is devastating to us PS4 players. We've never encountered this before. It's not like the duty problems. At least we can still play the game. This problem is really bad. It makes it to where some of us can't even play at all due to time/Internet connection. Having to redownload the same thing over and over is crippling to us and our data usage. Please look into this for us, we need you SE! We want to continue our journey together in the Far East!!!!
