I recieved a rather terse reply from NA Customer service this morning basically reminding me of the end user agreement & informing me that ALL subscription fees are non-refundable.It's no secret that SE is having a very difficult time looking for what they fucked up on in the coding. An hour ago in Reddit an SE member replied and told me that they cannot make statements about a monthly refund right now and are still highly and actively investigating the issue and ask for our patience. Lol the same patience that flew the early access time very quickly.
