SE just for how long we have to wait until you do something huh?? cuz the issue is spreading very fast and you might end up losing hundred of players if you don't rectify it. I couldn't play for more than 2 hrs today cuz it's just not comfortable knowing that you might not be able to finish what you start because of this s***.
A question to those using HDD backup and restore method is it save and the game work fine if I use it? I have rather a small backup cuz I have 2 PS4 I use one just for FFXiV.

Third time this has happened to me in the last week. Please fix it.

We apologize that you are experiencing that issue. We are aware that the PS4 data has been getting corrupted and customers have to re-download. As it is for now we do not have a resolution but just to redownload the 22gbs once more. Once we have more information regarding this issue, there will be an update on the Lodestone regarding this issue.

Having this issue as well. Though as far as i know it wasn't a power outage that caused this. Secondly I'm having a download issue where it's downloading the file H2017.06.06.0000.0001i and part way through stops downloading because it was 'unable to download update files' when i reset the application to continue the downliad rests back to the same point in the download every time this message occurs specifically 11309.19MB left of this download. I want to get back on so i can interact with my FC more than just our discord channel. Several of them have had this same issue but didn't disconnect mid-download and are already back to playing the game....something is seriously wrong as I've been trying to download this 'update file' for the past 3 days and I'm seeing no progress towards this download finishing. I'm losing days off my subscription to this and the little time i get each week to get on is wasted by this 'update'
power outage for the third time and 22,7gb again...
Got hit by this, had no power outage. I have a 6mb DSL connection, so this is just ever so super. I want my subscription pro-rated.

This is really annoying i got to be scared if my power goes off .. and my download speed sux so everytime this ish happen i hate it! I mean i love SE with all my heart but this problem on ps4 is nothing but a shame , hope they ill fix ASAP
Yep, this happened to me as well. Looks like I'll be downloading for the next 9-12 hours (thanks to poor isp). Any word on getting pro-rated subscription for players afflicted with this issue?
It happened to me yesterday and now the game crashes and my ps4 restarts every time I try to download it with error code CE-36329-3 anyone else having this happen?
