22.7gb update after relogging?

This just happened to me. I'm fuming. It was bad enough that I had to delete and reinstall just to get past the errors to patch initially. I shouldn't have to do this every time the power goes out.

Hi, this just happened to me, too. I had to cut the power after my ps4 hanged during the world waiting area. When I got back, it suddenly gave me this 'patch'. My usual speed is 0.15 mbps so it's impossible to download that huge 22k file.

(I know i have the full game installed here -67.32GB, something must be wrong with the patch thingy)

Same thing in France.
( I post here where there is some repport of this problem, and where has there more chance to be heard that on the French section ).

It's a worlwide bug. All PS4 are affected. Why anybody some staff has not still answered, at least to say that they are conscious of the problem and that they work above ??

What is going on I just had to download the entire game 2 days ago and now when I log in it WHAT'S ME TO DOWNLOAD THIS AGAIN 22 - GIGS AGAIN !!! WTH WHAT IS GOING ON AND THE DEVS HAVE NOT EVEN
RESPONDED TO THIS PROBLEM WITH THE PS4 PEOPLE.

One more to toss onto the pile.

No power outage. I haven't even powered off my machine, or put it in standby mode or anything. The last time I played, I logged off properly, closed the application, and now this.

I have no faith in this company. Zero. This expansion was basically me giving them their absolute last shot with this game, and for them to make this monumental of a screw-up on top of all the rest of the crap going on when I could play means that if I download this at their stupid capped rate (I have a 200 Mb/s connection, and it always plateaus at just over 10% that, with the PS4 in DMZ, verified not throttled by my ISP and everything) and for whatever reason this happens again, I'm not giving XIV another chance. Sure, I'm just one angry customer and I'm a piss in the bucket, but I'm not the only person who feels this way, I'm sure. This early access is a dumpster fire.

Happened to me as well, cat unplugged my ps4 and then I got this stupid 22gb patch notification. Where the hell is SE's PR at? Some communication would be nice.

I checked on my PS4 and only show that i have one expantion: Heavensward. Is like the laucher dont reconise the stormblood and make me download again. I will not do this, I'm really sad right now... I have a fan website about final fantasy xiv, spend days making tutorials and content to help my comunity and I'm rly angry right now... I dont know what to do. I never thoutg to be one of the ppl who spend hours trying to fix a problem, but there i'm. I will not let this topic until i found a answer.

I hope not. I'm not playing until they fix this. I'm not gonna spend my time downloading this game all over again.
