HW wasn't anything like this.

It was worse.
Day 1 was the server kept crashing and that's when they started the instancied area and the whole return of the limited number of instance for msq etc...
SB they just right away put limit only the handful of people that rushed at the first hour got through pretty much.

I can vouch for that, I specifically didn't plan for much SB today due to HWs launch. This is pretty much standard for MMO launches.

Wait what, really? I was on Sarg then and I had only a lobby error or two when I was relogging from a fantasia. Guess I was lucky, I didn't know anyone who had anything more than that either. My bad then if that was common.

I had no issue because i pmuch blasted the first area and when the congestion fix were being thrown on the server i was already past lv53-54.
The major issue was the multiple server reboot in the early hours, then the maintenance before it was a bit more stable.

They need to either increase capacity and just lower for other instance or they need to just trow a maintenance or server reboot after 1h to flush some players out. Stupid thing but that's how lot got through in HW.
