hmm i think SE need to buy some new server's sucks when your half way though a dungeon only to be kicked and come back to a 512 world que

On Hyperion, we formed a line as we were instructed by SE in order to fix this problem. I, like others, stood for hours as people DC'd or left, until we got to the front of the line where, surprise surprise, people were not waiting in line, and instead standing in a crowd mass clicking the quest, therefore ensuring that no one will get in. I have finished literally everything new in the game, including the aether currents that I can reach. It's now 3:47pm Central time, so the game has been live for almost 12 hours. And this quest has been broken for 12 hours.
Why.
Don't tell me to go level, or do other things. I paid to play Stormblood, not play old content because Stormblood is broken.
Also, the interface on PS4 is either too small or too big, and that's annoying.




The PS4 interface problem is already being addressed, according to SE's Twitter. That's more than we can say about the broken MSQ.

They just posted another apology about the broken msq but honwstly I don't want an apology I want to see them at least try to fix it somehow



Proof? Companies never say they are working on it and not actually working on it. They literally just have to say "It took us a few days to find a fix and test the server before we brought it up live." Keep enabling SE maybe we will get more 1.0 and 13s later.
Also while you are at it thank the lore gating of zones that limit the play options. Because you have never supported that design choice either.

It kind of does look like they're working on it though, they just don't have any updates for us with that.

Actually, it is a much better response than before. I've had to troubleshoot software problems and if you're not getting a massive obvious error message, it CAN sometimes take a while to tease out the problem. In this case, there may not even be a bug, it may simply be that they have to create some kind of lobby server to handle solo duties, since they have no queue system for it at all right now.Proof? Oh you get disconnected? here is a 3 hour queue, but here's something you'll really like. We created a bottleneck in the MSQ just for you, because we know you like that!
Reminds me of wow and their garrison quest other game exact same issue; developers not thinking/ preparing what will happen when there are a lot of players trying to get into the same instance.
It can't be that hard to temporarily increase the instance/ login server capacity when you release a big expansion for a big game!

i dont remember HW early acc being like that :/
the only thing i recall is duty finder taking an hour to find a room that whasent in use. had no problems with instence's and i never dc after 10 mins of connecting ether :/
