Or say using flash on a lancer or pugilist to try and save the healer? No more.

What? I've been a drg since 2.0 launch no dps ever takes flash at the early levels. Even the other tanks rarely would take it (sometimes war would take it, one less overpower to save tp) if your taking flash to peel mobs off the healer your better off using a stun instead.
