Problem with Stormblood Expansion

I just recently purchased Stormblood and when i redeemed the code on mog station it only shows that i have the stormblood early access and not heavenwards. I asked my friend who also bought the same expansion with me if he had a circle on heavensward and he does.
Also when i purchase stormblood from the square-enix store i had to register another account(i used the same email address as my ffxiv account) in order to purchase it, does that mean i bought it on a separate account?

If you just ordered Stormblood I don't think you get access to the Heavensward content until the expansion officially launches on the 20th.

i can create the race Au Ra that comes with heavensward so that means i have access to heavensward but its just showing on mog station.
