Purchased Tales of Adventure: Heavensward but no job boost included

I purchased Tales of Adventure: Heavensward this morning (6/16/2017 at approx. 11 a.m.). I received the book that completes the msq for Heavensward, the 10 silver chocobo feathers and the gil stones but DID NOT receive the job boost book to raise my character's level to 60. Hence I cannot do the opening quest for Stormblood.

Please help....

IDK what items you're supposed to get with this, but after you use them, you need to logout and log back in for the level to take affect. You should also recieve a full set of shire gear also.

The Job boosts are a seperate item from the tales of heveansward

Did you purchase the level potion? As Ageofwar said MSQ potion and level potion are two different items. The MSQ potion only skips the MSQ and you still have to level your character yourself. To skip to 60 you would have to buy Tales of Adventure: One (insert job) Journey I

So you would have to buy
Tales of Adventure: Heavensward ($25)
and
Tales of Adventure: One (insert job) Journey I ($25)
