I'm on the Mateus sever. I'm been trying to get this instance to work since 2:30 am PST, and I STILL have not gotten in. PLEASE fix this!

It's not crying - it's utter frustration at something plainly not working and not being reasonably responded to. The serious issue is the severe underestimation of early access player numbers and available server capacity. Plus the poor design of a solo instanced fight so early on in the expansion campaign without sufficient capacity. That just stinks of well thanks for your money but *HEY HO* we have it now so enjoy your suffering and inability to play the new content you payed for.

It would take the sting out of it a bit if we just got a reply and what they plan on doing about it instead of nothing. It kind of makes a joke out of "we want to reward you for pre ordering this game by giving you access to it early but we are not going to fix the problem that is stopping you from advancing more than 5 quests into the game until the games official release date!" it's a joke !!!!

This has been going on since launch. At the very least we should be allowed to have a reply about what the plan is to resolve this issue. The response has been that the instance is working properly, but if that's the case then why are so many people unable to enter into the instance? That seems like poor design and planning from my perspective. I've been taking periodic breaks from trying - leveling my RDM, fate grinding, so on and so forth, but what I'd really wanted to do today was progress with the MSQ, open up the new areas and so forth. I understand it's day -4 of launch and that bugs are a possibility, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Am I supposed to wait another 4 weeks for server congestion to alleviate to continue with the story progression or something? If you're going to restrict instances, please input a queue system that saves our spot in line.

Same thing on Goblin server, server is also lagging hardcore, just saw a ton of ppl dc at the same time. I smell DC crash!

How is this not addressed yet? I have been up since launch trying to get passed this point with nothing else to do. This is simply unacceptable making us go through this lottery system to get passed this.

11 HOURS LATER NO ONE CAN GET PAST THIS QUEST, and can't even get to any new points in the game because of it!!!
