Best Served with Cold Steel still not working

I would like to explain the current congestion issue regarding instanced battle content, including the Stormblood main scenario quest “Best Served with Cold Steel,” due to the Duty Finder crashes at the start of early access.

As announced earlier, there are a huge number of players currently playing Stormblood, and as a result, the servers continue to experience a large amount of stress. For this reason, we are currently limiting the number of players that can enter instanced content so that it does not lead to major server crashes.

However, this has caused massive congestion to enter instanced content and I would like to sincerely apologize for this.

If you are unable to enter instanced battle content, we ask you to please wait and try again at a later time. We understand that this unfairly places the burden on our players, but we require more time until the issue can be resolved. We continue to work on measures to address this issue and will follow up once we have an update.

Again, we sincerely apologize for this level of congestion occurring during early access when many of our players are the most excited to play.

Everyone on the team will continue to put in our full effort to ensure an enjoyable gaming experience, and I would like to thank you for your continued support.

I have not seen ONE whiner this entire thread. what the hell are you even talking about? It's pure frustration. Nobody's crying. you are either plain stupid or just don't know what you are talking about. I'm just saying this because it looks to me that you have no clue what you are talking about.
I been trying to enter this god forsaken instance since launch of the early access thing, and still trying to get in. Yes I been awake since 5AM EST since yesterday.

While I eventually got the MSQ Instance done (after taking a 5 hour nap hoping it would be better, and then waiting another 3+ hours trying to get in), and managed to get a few roulettes done because I just cannot handle any more FATE farming, now I cannot queue into any sort of content at all without getting stuck in a 90k loop, followed by player queues, and then more 90k loops.

Tried queuing for the RDM 50 Instance--5 90k's before I finally managed to get back in the game. Tried joined some friends leveling RDM and SAM For Sohm Al NM--kicked and 90k'd 3 times. Then we tried just doing Amdapor HM for poetics, and kicked again.

Literally cannot get anything done in terms of new job progression, and I'm sure once I hit the next MSQ instance, it will be the same deal. This is not what "Early Access" is supposed to be... I'm just sorely disappointed...

I know this would be a great time to level my crafters and gatherers, and do my GC turn ins for the first time in months, but I'm getting so frustrated I don't have the will to even do that.

Steps:
1. Attempt to enter instanced battle for quest
2. Watch cutscene
3. Be booted back to zone with error "A system error occurred during event movement." Or 90002 error and disconnect from server.
4. Repeat

On my server, both instances (involving Raubahn and Pipin for queue) are bugged and essentially gated. I, and I am sure many of the worried players, foresee this issue only getting worse as early access continues and may continue til actual release.

I wish my server had people as nice as this that will line up and take turns. On ours, everyone just crowds the npc and brings trees over to kill everyone.

I have to agree with Atlas and others here. This is not a small issue, this is a major issue.

The thing is, I don't think I've seen anything this terrible for HW. Sure I had a lobby server error or two trying to log in or something, but once I was in the game I didn't have a single issue. For a company to have their servers get upgraded a month ago, this is very frustrating.

I have to agree with Atlas and others here. This is not a small issue, this is a major issue.

This issue bogs down the game and interrupts all game play. I and others didn't spend out money to beta test, and get hardly any response from square. The servers need to come down. It needs to be fixed. Clearly it's something other than congestion since it's past peak times of play. There is something wrong with these servers. There's not even a login queue any more.

This is a disastrous launch of an expansion. I am severely disappointed. Talk about really forcing players to not enjoy what looked like a great expansion.

Same where I remember some que times for HW but if i got on I was on and going till I got kick for being idle or the random 90k but at least the MSQ wasn't gating my progression.
