Im guessing you did a load test on the servers, right and you knew how many players registered their early access codes, right... SO WHY THE LOAD ISSUE WITH THE FREAKING SERVERS!

Honestly, when Heavensward came out the whole server crashed. We had to wait a while for it to come back up; DO THE SAME THING AGAIN AND FIX IT. There's thousands of people complaining about this, and I know Yoshida's words mean well, but until it's fixed the server might as well be down...

This is fucking disgusting. Every patch is mildly unplayable, and your expansion is LITERALLY unplayable. You know what I see when I see the word Stormblood? 2 new classes added to heavensward. There is NOTHING. Do you SERIOUSLY expect us to fucking play ARR content like palace? Or do some fares in coerthas west? Or maybe, as is popular opinion, you prefer line simulator?

We paid for a GAME. Not the shitshow you gave us. If I log in tomorrow and it's the fucking same, I wouldn't be surprised if you got a few class action lawsuits. I'd rather be playing fucking No Mand Sky right now. Atleast it's storyline isn't gated behind a bullshit 5 year old issue.

Fix this shit now, or give us our fucking money back.

Even with them stating they were trying to slowly move people through they were doing it very inappropriately. While some people came in from the start and waited 12 hours without getting in to the que they were giving people who just logged on tried for an hour and let them go ahead of people who waited half a day to just go into the one instance. They didn't even both to pause the housing knowing this was happening either. Giving people an unfair advantage to access the housing areas while putting the rest of the community waiting much longer through a ton of stress. They didn't even try to resolve it or deal with it fairly. They just pushed it entirely aside.

I do stand by what I said previously. But, I would also thank you SE Team for working continuously on making things better. I don't know what you did. But, I did get through Best Server with Cold Steel. Also, I am now stuck on the second instanced solo quest. However, I'm sure things will be taken care of eventually. And even though I bitched, and still stand by it. lol I am sorry for how much heat you all are getting.

This is a follow-up regarding difficulty in accessing certain instanced battle content.

The development team has changed the process for dealing with this issue so that as many players as possible can be moved to instanced areas for certain main quests and instanced battles.

As a result, players have become able to transition to instanced areas faster than originally estimated, but at the same time, players are now gathering at certain areas in large numbers, and this is causing the servers go down on some Worlds as a result.

Currently, the development team is making detailed adjustments by adjusting the speed at which players are transferred to instances on each World so that areas do not continue to go down and to ensure that all players can continue to play as comfortably as possible.

Although these measures were taken to help alleviate the difficulty in transitioning to instances, we apologize about zones going down as a result.

Congestion in the “Rhalgr's Reach” area is especially intense, so to prevent zones from continuously going down, we are carefully controlling the logins to each World and transitions to the Rhalgr's Reach zone. Due to this, it will take some time to log into any of the Worlds.

Everyone on the team will continue to put in our full effort to ensure everyone can enjoy early access.
