I hate to add to the growing chorus of complaints but this is ridiculous. I am trying to be patient but simply allowing a few people at a time to do this instance content isn't cutting it. It shows when other areas get congested. It is just going to get bigger and bigger until the 20th and then all hell is going to break loose. I don't know why you haven't shut down the servers fix them problem and turn them back on again. You do for disconnections all the time. This isn't any different. Why is Japan and Europe going through while were still stuck at a choke point?

Guys come on the year is 2017. If your servers can't handle the load just fire some instances from Amazon or NTT's private cloud for some hours and just kill them after the number of players diminishes. I can't understand why is this still a problem.

The bad thing is, according to my FC, that if you're lucky enough to get this instance to load, other instances after this will do the same thing.

LOL yea right. Read the contract that you agreed to when you sign up to play and install the expansion. It bars you from any such acts because of technical issues like this. This is 100% normal. Anyone that says otherwise is ether ignorant of the facts, Has not played manny mmo games, Or is just so impatient to play the game they they cant see reason. If you actually got a class action lawsuit to pass I would pay you personally $1000 and I would delete my character. The only thing to do is sit back relax. Watch a movie or do something else and try again in a few hrs or a day. You thing square does not care but they do. People are probably franticly working to get this resolved. They don't have time to give you the play by play. First off you would never understand what they are doing unless you had a master/doctorate in electronics and computer science. You think its as simple as patching a little code and putting it all back together or buying more powerful computers. This mind set is because you are a consumer and not the company. If you were the company you would see the millions it would cost to upgrade servers just to handle a influx of traffic for at most a month then the hardware would be over powered for the rest of the two yeas of the xpac. Then if they patch the code the compilation time alone for a file that is a gig can be an hour. the game is 60 gigs. with size of code the compilation time grows exponentially. Sorry if you think Im mean rude an ass or a "white knight" for square but this is the fact and no amount of bitching will change it.

Slowness and congestion is normal but this caused by greed and lack of forsight. Greed for giving out so many preorder codes and forsight for putting a single player instance on the 7 or 15 quest in (depending which path yoi choose). Then they furthered the stupidy by locking all the other zones and content until you complete said instance.

Yesterday - trying to queue this instance took me off-line - EVERYTIME. Frustrating when the log in server was over 800 in line.

Today I've not been kicked off-line trying to queue for this instance.. However, it seems to be broken or locked out. It always begins the scenario (NPC's talking), however.. I've only heard of one person who actually got past this instance and completed the actual fight.

When's it going to be fixed? No one in my FC has been able to complete this.
Since its tied to main story line, and completion is required to open up other areas of the map, its hindering most from leveling up our classes.
