Aero not working on characters with Aero II unlocked.

Time: June 16, around 10:30 or 11:00 am eastern time
Frequency: consistently since start of 4.0 early access
    World name: Coeurl
    Character name: Y'kayah Tia
    Retainer name: n/a
    NPC name: n/a
    Monster name: (any)
Class/Level: WHM Level 50, or CNJ Level 50. (Issue does not occur with my Level 23 CNJ alt, Navarre Greave, also on Coeurl)
Party or solo: was solo when I tested it (but probably doesn't matter)
    In-game time: ??
Area and coordinates: was in Central Shroud, near Gridania's main gate when I tested it.
    Housing: n/a
    Steps:
    1. Be on a CNJ or WHM which has both Aero and Aero II unlocked.
    2. Try to add "Aero" to a hotbar. It will instead add "Aero II"
    3. Target a mob and bring up the Actions and Traits window. Try to cast "Aero" directly from there. It will instead cast "Aero II"

Note: On a character which doesn't have access to Aero II, the Aero skill seems to work as it should. (Tested on my level 26 CNJ alt, Navarre Greave.)

    PlayStation®4 Model Number: ??

There is a trait that automatically upgrades Aero to Aero II introduced in 4.0. Both the skill and trait are gained simultaneously if memory serves and this was explained in both a live letter as well as the patch notes.

I don' know about the live letter, but the patch notes don't say anything about it. I checked. And if it's intended that Aero II is now a trait on Aero instead of a separate skill, then it shouldn't be listed under Actions, but under Traits. So it's still a bug for being listed wrong.

    EDIT:
Ok, well I've found a "sort of" mention of it in the new Job Guide. At least it brings up the "Aero Mastery" Trait. However, both it and more importantly the game itself still list Aero II as being an action. Now it's no longer an action. It's simply the description of what effect the trait has on the original Aero skill.

(The actual change may be ok. We lose some usefulness, but at least save a slot of hotbar space in exchange. But listing it wrong in the Actions and Traits window is a bug. If it's listed as another action, then it should be available as another action.)

Level 46 job trait: Aero mastery: upgrades Aero to Aero II. You retain Aero as an action because if you ever get synced down the game will revert it to Aero 1

Yes, Aero is an action, but Aero II no longer is. Aero II is now simply the effect that Aero Mastery has on Aero. It should be removed from the Action pane of the Action and Traits window and its description put into the Aero Mastery trait, just like all other skill upgrade traits work.
