Fantasia didn't work after using it in-game

After buying a fantasia and trying to use it. I logged out as you normally would only to find that I am unable to change. I removed all my gear and did everything correctly. Did it not work because of the server congestion? Will my fantasia ever work? Or did 10$ just got down the drain?

Have you used fantasia before? As in, do you know you have to right-click (square on DS4, X on Xbox) and confirm to re-edit character appearance when you log back in? Otherwise I'd say it's just the server congestion and give it an hour or two before contacting user support.

Yes. Many times. I am a PC user. It is not giving me the choice to edit my character's appearance at all despite having used the fantasia.

Also "Mr Clean'" is a alt. I have a main on Balmung. @_@

same issue here. bought phantasia, used it, stripped character, relogged and tried right clicking, but nothing.
