So, I have a confirmed purchase for the ninja leveling book for my alt and a HW MSQ one.
The HW MSQ one sent just fine but I haven't received the leveling one (It's been hours and I've relogged multiple times) and I've forced the delivery multiple times.

The book /still/ isn't showing up and i am certain it was purchased for this character. Not sure what to do.
