Cutscene Dialoge Box Size - PS4

Is there a way to increase the size of the dialogue box that your get in cutscenes or quest NPCs without bumping the entire UI to 150%? When I do that he UI completely swallows my 32" screen

yes, plug a mouse in your PS4, when you have a dialogue, right click on the bubble, you should be able to change just the bubble this way

This thread PS4 text size appears to have the best solution.

Here's a fix for the dialogue boxes.
Enable expanded mouse functionality in the system settings
Find an npc to talk to
Enable virtual mouse with L1 + R3
Move the virtual mouse over the text box and hold R2
Change the scaling to increase the dialog box size

For some reason you can't access the scaling menu without expanded mouse functionality enabled.
