Unexpected error occurred, can't login

So no idea why this is happening, but I logged in this morning and was greeted by this lovely popup when loading in This thing No idea why, no idea how to fix it without reinstalling, a shorter version happens if I try to make a new character without the bottom 3.

I also logged out in the Rouge's guild, if that may be part of the issue, but that wouldn't explain why it happens when I go to finish making a character.

Edit:Forgot to mention I did a defrag after I logged out last night, if that could somehow be part of the issue
edit again: screw it man, I'm just reinstalling, here's hoping square puts in a repair thing into the launcher in the future.

I'm getting the same error message whenever it's a busy area and it crashes the game.

I wish you guys would just read instead of not, then posting the same thing over and over again. Currently, there is NO FIX for this because it's due to server overcrowding.
