Oddity encountered. Logged out earlier today and came back - content was unblocked and was able to advance. Two hours later got DC'd and when I came back, everything was blocked as it was before.
Update 6/17 AM: Logged in this morning and everything is mysteriously unblocked yet again. Beginning to think this is something having to do with the server not communicating properly with the client due to congestion.

Bumping, cause I'm having the same issue. I reinstalled, and everything, and the experience from my Bard won't increasecause I'm lvl 62 already before the game decieded that I didn't have my early access any more. Yet, can still select, and play RDM, and SAM just fine. Won't even let me teleport into the new areas. So I put in a ticket, and an e-mail ticket. Will wait till Monday I guess while everyone gets to progress today to do live chat for support, and see if I can get my account fixed.
Im having the same error, randomly. When Im blocked out and try to teleport to Kugane it says:"Unable to move to that area, you must have the proper expansion installed" My client has stormblood on it. Sometimes if i log off when i log back in its fixed, but yesterday i was blocked out of the game for 7 hours because I let my character in a Stormblood area. Today, i've spent most of the day in queues, trying to fix it by logging off/in over and over, but no luck.

Looks like the issue is back. Got kicked from duty earlier today and just now finally made it past the 4000+ person queue only to find that I'm blocked from Stormblood content again.
Yes! I have been trying to log in for a couple of hours, but because my character is in a stormblood area the system wont let me in, because it say i don't have the expansion. But I do, its in Mogstation and i've been playing earlier today![]()

I'm noticing that this happens far more frequently with greater levels of server congestion. Had no issues logging in (only 12 people in queue) and accessing SB content around 9am Pacific time, but come 2pm and onwards when I finally get through the queue (2000+, RIP me) I'm locked out of SB content.
Could it be that the servers somehow don't recognize our Stormblood registrations on the mac client if we've been sitting in queue too long?
Getting this on the PC client as well. PS4client seems fine.

Thank god this isnt just me! Been playing SB since 16/06 with no issues at all, lvl 66 so far then i go to log into today on PC and it reads that i need to register one or more expansion codes. Log into Mogstation and i apparently either havent registered or brought SB. I try to register the code again but of course it wont work as i have already used it. WTF game!?
Edit - If you go onto MogStation does it show you have SB or not??

After Early Access ended on the 23rd, we all had to input new Stormblood codes that should have been sent a few days prior.
For people who purchased on the SE store, we should have gotten emails on the 20th with the following instructions :
