So, I am working on my relic still because I did not finish it before Stormblood. I am collecting light, however I can no longer choose a level 60 roulette in to gather light. Instead it is now combined with level 50/60 roulette and I have a chance to either get a level 60 dungeon or not. You have to run Heavensward content in order to collect light.

It's not a huge deal, but I think it was an oversight. So now, if I want to gather more light for other relics, I can no longer run a roulette with just Heavensward dungeons to collect light. This technically wouldn't be a huge issue, however, it may cause to do more runs, one being for the roulette bonus, and possibly another if you don't get a Heavensward Dungeon.
