npc chat bubble

Why did you change the chat bubble from npcs to a size those who have less than super vision can't read with out putting our foreheads to the damn tv? Please give us a way to change it back on ps4, I like reading what the npcs are trying to tell me for quests.

Yeah they messed up the PS4 UI so bad. You can switch to 150% of the system menus size, so you can get our size back BUT everything else (including names of monsters/players and chat UI) are insanely huge. I don't know why they changed something which used to work so perfectly... Now you can't read quests without having a headache.

yeah, the PS4 UI is way too small to read, they might look okay with PC version since eveyone sit close to the monitor, but for console version where most of our sit about 2m from the TV, it's unreadable

Yup, having the same issue and it's making the game unplayable right now since it's actually making me feel physically ill straining to reach such small text. I'll give it a go bumping the ui up to 150% (I suppose I'll have to go in and manually shrink everything else back down?) but this really needs fixing.

Thank you all. I thought this was only me.
Someone DID tell me that (If you have the PS Pro), you can go back to the "Standard: Play the game in Full HD." under Display Settings, and that set the UI back to normal.

The only prob with me is that, I play on the Regular PS4 (Which Im sure most of us do atm).
So if you have the Pro, try that out and see if that fixes it. A kind player told me that it fixed his.

I would hope they change this for us though. I agree with it being way to small.

This is NOT an issue. This can be fixed by going into Ground Mouse Mode (L1 + R3) with a dialog box open and then move your mouse over the dialog box, hold down R2, then go to Scale Window (have to keep R2 held down) and use L2 to select the size you want (I put it at 120%) and looks good. You can also adjust the position of the dialog box after changing the size using the same steps and clicking on the box and dragging it around.

Kurai thanks, that has made things a whole lot better, the main menu is still tiny and hurts my eyes but im hardly in that so i can probably live with it. and screen pop ups are still kinda small (like for example my retainer sold something) unless theres something to fix that too.

I play on a pro, hodw to I get to display settings? o.O I havent played with the nifty graphical things on the ps4 pro yet. (Got if for my bday)

I just want to say that this is one of the most unintuitive UI procedures I've seen in recent years. Seriously.
