I posted above how you can enlarge them, either use USB mouse or enable the touchpad mouse. Right-click on the dialogue box and choose "scale window".

It doesn't help with the menu size, but it makes reading the dialogue text easy.

I tried this and nothing happens, it just advances the dialogue.

You have to right click and hold, while holding you can then left click the scale window option
