Same as above, tried skipping cutscenes, watching cut scenes and invoking all the small Gods.
Nothing.
Went and completed all the quests I can and now returned and its the same.
Cannot progress in game, locked out due to this bug.

I had had to reset twice due to 5 minutes a time of black screen and now I have the white pinwheel of doom in the right bottom corner taunting me
Suppose I can repeatedly spam the same fates or mine for now
