    First Try: Skipped cutscene, was returned to world with NPC having quest to go into it again. Could not interact with any other NPCs. Exited game and restarted.

    Second Try: Let the cutscene go to fruition, it then kicked me out and NPC was there with quest still.

    Third Try: After cutscene screen went black. I waited patiently. 1-2 minutes later it returned to world just like the 2nd try.
