    So far found changing User UI to 150% and then change default UI to 100% or lower sort of works but seems to make display names hideously large... hope they fix this though, the setting had before SB were perfectly fine for me...

    Yes, this is what I've done. Change user UI to 150% then reset all hud elements to 100%, since I had almost everything in 140% before the net effect is almost the same. Only thing is all the character display names are big now.
