    Job Guide - wrong description for role action Swiftcast

    Details:
    The description for Swiftcast action is incorrect, it reads:
    Code:
    The effect of Sheltron now also includes magic damage.
Activation cost added.
Recast time reduced from 30 to 5 seconds.
    The action description should be similar to the old description:
    Code:
    Next spell is cast immediately.
Duration: 10s
    This issue does not appear in Japanese version of the site.

    Blizzard III description is wrong too "Now acquired at level 38 (previously level 40)."
    Actually this was a lv 38 skill and now is a lv 40 skill.
