    Additional Retainers

    So I got myself 2 additional retainers so I could have a total of 4. But for some reason Im being charged a total of 24 dollars per subscription cycle and when I got those two additional retainers, nothing of the sort was ever mentioned, only price tag I saw was 2 dollars per addtional retainer I think? Where the heck is this 24 dollars coming from?

    Are you using the 6-month prepaid subscription for your account or whatever? If you are, it charges you the cost for the total subscription time (so $2 per retainer at 6 months would be $12 each, or $24 total. If you aren't using that, then I can't be certain.
