    From the patch notes:

    Level 60 weapons, armor, and accessories have been added to vendors in Ishgard.

    I am pretty sure it is 230 gear. Just check when you can log in.

    Even if the new gear isn't 230 - doing the MSQ dungeons when available(and therefore getting whatever pieces drop+bonus for first time completion) and PVP will get you to 230 pretty quickly. A few(4~5) hours tops.
