Quickest way to power level to 70

So, am I to understand that everything is in place in 4.0 to get to 70, like all the 61-69 dungeons, or do we just get a couple of msq dungeons per patch?

They're buffing fate XP, so maybe they're pushing us in that direction. I wouldn't mind. The Coerthas fate zerg was always fun.

Fates Will be the best option come 4.0 however power leveling is pointless. Just enjoy the content
