Lobby Server Error 2002 When Attempting to Connect to Aether Data Center

As the title states, I am getting "Lobby Server has encountered an error." when attempting to connect to the Aether Data Center. I have tried connecting to every other Data Center available, including Primal (the other NA Data Center), and they all connect perfectly fine. In an attempt to see if the problem is on my end, I have restarted my modem to see if it would clear anything up and the problem still persists.

Is there anything else that I can attempt to try to connect or is this an ISP/Data Center problem?

Edit: To note, I was also able to play perfectly fine yesterday and into this morning (around 2-3AM EDT).

Edit 2: After having been able to try logging in with the other connection in my home (a completely separate modem and line), I have determined the problems lies within my modem and/or my line to the Data Center (tracert attempts show a secure connection to the Aether Data Center IP). In light of this new information, what can I attempt to do to get my connection working again? (The other connection I used is unreliable for gaming.)

Edit 3: After having used the Windows Network Diagnostics, it has reported that website (Aether's IP address) is online but not responding to my connection attempts. Edit 4: This doesn't look to be useful information, as every Data Center's IP address doesn't seem to respond to the WND's connection attempts.

I would like to update that my issue has been resolved by getting a new IP address. The IP address 71.3.28.236 (supplied by CenturyLink) is blocked in some fashion to the Aether Data Center.

I request that this thread be moved to the Resolved sub-forum as soon as possible and that the IP address I previously provided is looked into on Square's side.
