Launcher Error "A system error has occurred: -2146697208

Hello,

Everytime that I launch the launcher, I see the following message:

A system error has occurred: -2146697208.
http://frontier.ffxiv.com/version_4_...=2017-06-16-00

Need help!

Deleting everything from internet explorer (cleaning cache) helped me with this issue.

Help!!?? I tried clearing the cache and it still didn't work. Tried reinstalling 10 times now, still the same error!

This is going to seem odd, but try right clicking the launcher and run it as administrator. I JUST had this issue and when I ran it as administrator, I could suddenly use the launcher.
