A lack of dots is not going to make rdm fall behind blm/smn in multitarget fights. They might fall behind for other reasons, though blm aoe was nerfed so hard to say for sure on that one. I can't comment exactly on mch vs bard as I've still yet to unlock Machinist and don't really know much about it.
