When is patch note reading?

Not sure if this is the rest get place, but we got the preliminary notes, so when does yoshida read the full notes? I can't find anything on google, and I really don't wanna miss it ._.

BC the patch notes will just get you more excited and prevent sleep. take some nyquil, get a good nights sleep and read the notes while in queue or get up a bit earlier to read
