While we're waiting for the maintenance to conclude, I thought of an idea that would make the rarely used "Minimum Item Level" option in the Duty Finder fun. Add achievements that can be rewarded alongside rewards that can only come from completing them.

Achievements like defeating Garuda EX with the added stipulation that none of the stone pillars can be damaged, or completing The First Coil of Bahamut: Turn 2 w/o dying to Allagan Rot or allowing the encounter to go into enrage. Perhaps defeating the Oppressors in A1 without allowing their hp gauges to be more than 5% apart or enabling Self-Destruct.

But why go through all of this trouble for some challenging achievements? Exclusive minions, glamour, among many other rewards not impacting gameplay. In the case of minions, they can be glowing versions of their normal counterparts and interact with each other in a different manner, or a special jacket featuring Sephirot's multiple arms for some crazy gpose fun.

To qualify for said achievements, the following requirements should be put into place:
Minimum Item Level must be selected in the Duty Finder
Party composition must comprise of 2 tanks, 2 healers, and 4 dps all as their respective job (not classes)
Each participant has to clear the duty (marked by possessing the associated achievement)
