Interesting note, it appears Equilibrium may no longer heal when in Deliverance. They seem to want to limit self-healing while tanking. PLD also suffers a gauge penalty if they self-heal in ShO.

Equilibrium always restored TP instead of healing in Deliverance, I thought.
