Good thing rampart is optional now. I think its very clear that self sustainability and mitigation isnt a tanks job anymore, its up to the dps to mitigate ohys/magic damage looks like., and the healers.

I think it was always like that, you got 20% through a trait. Still, it would be a nerf to DRK and PLD since they both had 20% before.

It's possible to likely that this is not right because removed skills are all still in the data. The GLD Rampart (which is 10% base) is no longer being used, so there may be a new Rampart that's the x-role skill that's still 20%.
