Datamined DRK changes from final build

To be blunt, they don't know what they're doing with the tanks and healers.

DRK came in without much of an identity except being the "magic" tank so all they can do is make it unique by making either PLD under-powered for two years or now making DRK all-around craptastic. AST came in with a stance to replace either other healer on a whim so they started crap and now after quadrupling the power of The Balance and buffing their HPS to where they can spam crit-Adlo sized shields with an instant cast they're just better at everything.

SqEx...two years.
