Amazon UK Customers, anyone got their early access codes yet?

Amazon promised me a call back within an hour when I threatened to cancel, then never did anything. So I cancelled and repurchased from the SE store. Sucks to have to pay extra, but Amazon UK are completely incompetent with preorder codes. Never again.

Had another chat with their service. It will be sent today, no idea on a specific time, but today...
They raised my complaint for it and all that but I don't think they'll learn from this

It took five minutes, ordered the download edition and had the codes in the first confirmation email.

I'm normally a very loyal customer to amazon thanks to the help I've had when putting computers together and RMAing stuff, but you can't be passive and expect them to learn.

Complained to manager at Amazon - £5 credit given as a 'sorry' but no idea when code will sent other than 'within 24 hours'. Not good enough.
