Mhm, seems it scales very well with level.
A shatter at level 30 only nets you around 50k. I wanted to check if the armory bonus applies, but... by the time I got that thought, I got booted >_>
It scales very well indeed. I've just been doing PvP all afternoon because there's an Instance in the MSQ that's glitched and my whole server is pretty much stuck, lol.
I am loving the PvP changes, though. I think it was a great redesign- really hope people play it more and it becomes more prominent.
I think the PvP changes are fantastic, and for the first time since starting in 2.x I really want to PvP. I don't understand why Light Party was removed from the Feast, though, it would have been fun to play on a team with friends.
Sadly this experience issue turned out to be true. You now have everyone queueing healer and just not even casting or only using 1 ability to get the match over with as soon as possible. 8v8's are even worse.
Didn't like the changes at first but I'm getting used to it and it's fun to me now.
This thread's concerns are 100% true, though. People are going in and sitting in base or just running into enemy territory like headless chickens just to get killed. This whole "get xp through PvP" thing ain't gonna work for more than one or two weeks :/

Can confirm, for the feast at least. Frontlines seemed no different than usual, though I do think the XP scaling should be nerfed - At level 50, you get around 150-160k for a frontline (With no bonis) and it takes around the time a PotD 51-60 would, which gives 210-220k (without bonus). That's dangerously close together.
Likewise, a Feast match gave me 40-50k at 50 (On a loss). That's two MSQs or around 4 FATEs worth and around a fourth of the PotD value.
I'd say first step is to nerf the XP. Do they even have a fall-off for loss like for wolf marks and PvP XP? Because if not, that'd be the very first thing to do. It was clear when the idea first came up that it can't be allowed to be efficient and the numbers so far look far too efficient to me.
Player
a little reminder : the problem is not the rewards or the game but the players abusing.
where is the black list in duty finder ?

I prefer healing after the changes (gives more time to play aggressive than before), but SMN feels absolutely gutted lol. All the whistles and bells but none of the end product. Having one button for all your minion stuff feels... off.
It needs to either scale based on duration, or be removed. It won't work like this. SE has way too much faith in humanity, I can't believe that they implemented it like they did.
