what is the usage case for Addle? I took it as one of my role skills, but I've literally never used it. when(and on what) am I supposed to use it?

I didn't use Addle at all until O3s. In O3s, I use Addle on the White Flame add (first add of the fight) since it does such a large amount of damage to the off-tank. I also use Addle in the final phase when the boss does the "blue square" (stand on blue squares for safe spot) mechanic as this does significantly more damage than when this mechanic first appears earlier in the fight. It can also be difficult to top the raid before the aoe damage since people may move to different squares or be late in arriving to the square.
