there doesn't really exist an optimal opener or that situation, its actually the same old going for 40/40 mana for manafication, you will just start with jolt II instead of veraero/verthunder
the rest is the same just rotating through aero/thunder and using rdy procs if they come

I don't know if it is "optimal" and someone can correct me on this, but I got this idea from a FC mate of mine who is also a RDM. As the tank is running in you can Swiftcast + Acceleration + Veraero or Verthunder depending on what is lowest. You can proc a verstone or verfire (I have procced them even without Acceleration) cast off a swiftcasted spell. The Acceleration just ensures that it is procs. Have found it quite useful for those tanks that don't countdown and let you precast.
