This thing is surprisingly good... very bursty as some have put it.

And the AoE is a lot better than previously believed. Because of Dual Casting its about like doing repeated Painflares. Its single target is very deceptive. Mostly because its incredibly fast. Add in the Vercure dual cast and its amazingly strong.

I was jammed up on the MSQ so decided to go back and level this thing... and It has surprised me.
