allways when the whole raid is going to get dmg, so that the dmg will not be that high and cause of that helping the healers or ethen helping other raid members if they weren't full life/had vulnerability stacks

I actually like more speed as well, you get faster to your melee combo and it feels so much more fluent for me now.
but every class that has a gauge to full is very happy with speed in generall right now, cause you fill it faster that way
we as rdm might have a breaking point at which we can get another cast under embolden as well so yeah, im certainly not going to avoid speed
the rest of my stats are close to yours and i think its stronger that way than just going straight for DH or CRT
