Mhm... am i right if i guess that to use Detemination Materia is not worth? Crit > Direct Hit > Determination <-- ???

I have used some Determination on melds because i could only use 12 crit or direct hit (forget which one) and i would rather of had that +40 from the VI materia so slotted determination.
Also while i do like to have high crit i prioritize DH>Crit> Det

Is everyone skipping the Omega normal chest? 14 INT doesn't seem worth it to trade 240+ DH for SS (forget the exact numbers).
