I usually like to play support in MMO's. (Loved Bard in 11)
There wasn't really a true support in 14, so I main'd Bard in ARR since it was the closest fit.

From what we're seeing in SB so far, RDM is looking like it might be able to take that crown (with Dualcast verCure/verRaise and Embolden).

How are you guys feeling about the support aspects of RDM compared to Bard and Machinist?

Just a note about races, with the removal of piety they have changed racial stats slightly. Theorycrafters have worked out a couple of the racial stat changes but not all of them. So those values should be subject to change.

This is clearly a DPS job. Even though the cure is pretty potent the cure and raise are there for flavor, predominantly.
In most party settings a RDM shouldn't cast a single Vercure. That's a healer's job, plain and simple. Verraise might be used a pinch, though, just like Summoner's raise is.
