PS4 Launcher error CE-30022-7

Getting this error when trying to pre-load Stormblood, searched the web, seems to be connected to licenses? Don't tell me people who bought on PSN have to wait until tommorow to download?

Im getting it too, I know a fc member is downloading it now apparently but im still getting this, ive restarted etc a few times, tried restore of licenses, nothings working

I'm thinking its like the Pre-Order bonus theme we got, we might not be able to launch it until the game 'launches' on PSN

My theme installed yesterday. And my launcher just updated to the Stormblood image, but now the launcher won't launch to download the patch...

Is the full patch data even available to download yet? I mean...
How much of the patch would the launcher patch if the launcher could launch the patch?

Reddit have said deleting/redownloading the game works, apparently the Launcher broke.

I was worried that would just make it worse, but it actually worked for me.
I deleted the application (options -> delete) and downloaded again from my library. This time, the Stormblood launcher update did launch after updating, and it's patching now. I have a decent download speed here, so re-downloading ARR and HW wasn't a big issue. The update within the launcher was about 22GB, including the old material.

I did the same thing and can confirm that it works. Delete game from options and re-download from the library

my family got no trouble with it downloading patch now only myself on the newer ps4 model has the error code and last time deleted the game and redownload it cause got mess up in a power outage took nearly 8hr to download and update and now expected to do it again no way better fix it of PSN own me my money back and damn their time limit Bs on pre-orders
