Skill Speed now affects Auto attack rates.

Skill Speed looks to be very specific for Ninjas since auto attacks directly affect their resource meter.

I don't think SAM, MNK, BRD, MCH or DRG will want this stat over DET/Direct Hit/Critical hit for a full BIS build.

as how changes on monk are... i believe any monk main will go skill speed + crit over anything else, since chakra build is low aparently and very rng reliant, so the more atacks and the more crit rate the higer chances to build chakra stacks
