Can't wait to see the new running animations for healers.

If they got any.
Said only certain classes & jobs got new running animations.
I expect DRK isn't one of them since their Running Animation don't look as wonky as others might've.

Holy crap weakness got worse! WHY?!

It did not get worse, HP is not going to be taken away. When they raise they wont die right off the bat, thank god. Also status reductions fade faster. o/ {Speaking from a Mentor Roulette Perspective: This is a Beautiful change.)

I'd say it's more punishing. You shouldn't be dying right off the bat anyways, unless you're doing something terribly wrong. I like this change, gives death more meaning.
